I set up Sengi because I thought it was time to move on a bit and have a proper limited company instead of a shoebox full of bus tickets and petrol receipts.
A proper limited company to help set me apart from all the ‘and copywriters’ out there.
I live in Scotland, but I’ve worked for clients all over the world: Japan, Dubai, Qatar, Kuwait, Sweden, France, the Netherlands, the USA, Canada, Czech Republic and Belgium. And England.
1200 projects? 1300? I’ve lost count.
Most of my work these days is around websites and apps, but I began as an advertising copywriter, and I’ve done a huge amount of print work and corporate video.
I’m able to come up with consumer ad concepts and tag-lines at short notice, but I’m also comfortable with long copy and the sort of tech/engineering/finance subjects that make most copywriters hide in a cupboard.
If you’d like a bit more detail, drop me an email, and I’ll send you my CV and a link to my lovely Dropbox portfolio.
But it’s not just about me.
There’s another reason for setting up a company. Something quite important.
I’ll blog about that shortly.
